Repair Terms and Conditions
These Repair Terms and Conditions apply to all repair services provided by NICHOLLS WOODS LIMITED, whether booked online at http://starmobilehub.co.uk/ or arranged in-store at 127 Stranmillis Rd, Belfast BT9 5AJ, United Kingdom. By using our repair services, you agree to the following terms:
Customer Authorisation
By submitting a device for repair, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or have obtained permission from the rightful owner to authorise the repair. You agree to provide accurate information regarding the device and any faults experienced.
Diagnosis and Additional Faults
While we will do our best to diagnose the issues based on the information provided, sometimes additional faults may be identified during the repair process. If additional repairs are required, we will contact you with an updated quotation before proceeding. If you decline the additional repairs, we will return the device unrepaired or partially repaired, as discussed.
Data and Personal Information
It is your responsibility to back up all data stored on your device prior to handing it over for repair. While we take care when handling devices, NICHOLLS WOODS LIMITED is not responsible for any loss, alteration, or corruption of data during the repair process. We do not accept any liability for the loss of business, profits, or any other indirect losses resulting from data loss.
Repair Timeframes
We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, usually within the estimated timeframe given at the time of booking. However, all completion times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by parts availability, third-party suppliers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty on Repairs
All repairs are covered by a limited warranty, the length and coverage of which will be specified at the time of service. The warranty covers only the parts replaced or work carried out. It does not cover future faults unrelated to the original repair, accidental damage, water damage, software issues, or any further physical damage occurring after the repair.
Non-Repairable Devices
In rare cases, a device may be found to be non-repairable. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. Diagnostic charges may apply if significant time has been spent attempting the repair.
Parts and Quality
We may use original, OEM-equivalent, or high-quality third-party parts depending on availability and customer preference. You will be informed about the type of parts used before proceeding. We guarantee that all parts fitted are tested and in full working order at the time of installation.
Device Handling
Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after completion of the repair or final quotation may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion unless prior arrangements have been made. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking such action.
Liquid Damage Repairs
Devices that have been exposed to liquid damage are repaired on a best-effort basis. Due to the nature of liquid damage, no guarantees are given regarding the success or long-term performance of the repair, and warranties do not apply unless specifically stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your device, NICHOLLS WOODS LIMITED is not liable for any further faults, data loss, cosmetic damage, or defects arising during the repair process unless caused by negligence. Our total liability for any claim relating to a repair is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.

We will communicate with you using the contact details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
Governing Law
These Repair Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
